Cancelation / No Show policy

Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Please notify us by text only. 

Any appointments canceled or rescheduled after that time frame will result in a charge of 50% of total service balance. 

No shows will be charged 100% of the service. 

late arrival policy

All appointments begin and end on time to keep artist on schedule and clients taken care of. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled and full balance of service will be charged. 

Deposits will be required moving forward.
